To our amazing customers! Our website is now fixed! All orders we received from 8/25 forward were not populating on our end, we were not aware we had any orders until folks starting reaching out to us looking for their orders. We are currently filling all outstanding orders today 9/24- Shopify has fixed the issue with our website on the back end. We didn't have any access to the website to notify anyone of this issue- I can see a few charge backs- If you did a charge back and could cancel it, that would be amazing, we will kindly refund your money and/or ship your order today. We couldn't see any of the orders to know who to reach out to regarding the issue.
We are in the process of talking about possibly closing our website due to all the shipping issues and then this issue with shopify-this is the 2nd time we couldn't see on our end that we had orders. We will make the final decision soon.
**We current have our website locked so we can fill all the outstanding orders and open it back up this weekend.
